Please Note: All orders are sent upon receipt of cleared funds only – this may mean that if an order is marked as ‘Pending’ in your Paypal account, funds are not yet cleared. Your order will be sent once payment has cleared.

Shipping charges vary depending on what shipping option you select, what items you’ve purchased, and where you are in the world. We are always striving to offer you the most competitive shipping prices.
Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
What happens if my order comes over more than one delivery?
You would need to pay postage for each delivery.
What if I’m not in when you make my delivery?
Don’t worry, your courier will leave a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. There’ll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere, so we feel it is better to keep our kit costs to you as low as we can, and be honest about how much courier costs really are.
Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. The product and packaging you return must be in ‘as new’, ‘unused’ and saleable condition.
If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
Payment and VAT
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the product.
Where you are not a UK resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, the products will normally be zero-rated and not subject to UK VAT, but the price paid by you for the products will remain the same as shown on the website.
If you are a non-UK resident and wish to claim back VAT on orders for delivery outside the EU, or if you are an EU business customer, this website may not be appropriate for you. Please contact us directly via customer services with your request, and we will be more than happy to help.
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.
You (or the recipient of the products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
Right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations
If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us via email no later than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. Please contact Customer Care.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers. If you change your mind about wanting the goods you have ordered, please see the general returns information below.
Changing, cancelling or returning an order
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove products from your order or cancel it completely, please email our Customer Services team quoting your order number and order date.
