What is your Returns Policy?
We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If for some reason, you change your mind (and it does happen), please return the unopened product to us within 7 days of receiving it. Distance selling regulations mean that you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt of your kit, as long as the product and packaging are in ‘as new’, ‘unused’ and resalable condition. Drop us an email at email@example.com telling us why you would like to return the kit – within 7 days of receipt of item – and you’ll be entitled to send it back for a full refund. We unfortunately cannot reimburse the cost of return shipment.
On the rare occasion an item in your kit does not work, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt of item, and tell us what is damaged. We will send out a replacement to you immediately. You will need to post the part back to us, so our boffins can work out what is broken. Do keep your proof of posting, and we will reimburse you. (If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only be able to refund the cost of standard delivery).
It is your responsibility to pack the returned product appropriately and with enough protection so that it arrives undamaged. We will not be able to refund any products that arrive back to us damaged as a result of poor packaging.
How long does it take to process my Returns?
All kits returned for a refund or credit must be initiated within 7 days of when you receive the item. Returns must be in as new, resalable condition. Please allow 14 days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the account, credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This can take up to 3 working days. Once the return has been processed, we will email you confirmation.
If you have returned an item and have not heard back from us within 14 days please email email@example.com.
We are happy to accept returns of unopened kits, and other products within 7 days of receipt. We unfortunately cannot reimburse the cost of return shipment.
We are happy to replace any items which become defective within 30 days from date of receipt of cleared payment.
Little Pi Shop Warranty does not cover general wear on any of the items distributed through our website. Nor does it warrant against failure or damage due to misuse, such as alteration of the product, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, or using the product for something other than its intended purpose.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive an item which you believe is damaged, please ask the courier to note this on the paperwork accompanying the item, and refuse the delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours. We will do our utmost to replace or refund the product(s) within 7 days.
Where should I send my Return to?
